Splurge bodyworks Spa was originally started as a mobile based company; after graduation I was contacted by the Justice Institute of British Columbia to once a month provide spa services for a wellness day of massage for the hard working employees. Since this time three years have passed; I continue to serve both JI campuses for regular contracted wellness days each month, ask how to get your staff on the program to health and see the effect on your business. Movie sets, functions, events, parties, weddings, or a cozy day at the house are great places to have something original that promotes self awareness and care. We don’t claim to fix you, however we love to help people reconnect to themselves through the relaxation and detoxification of the body. When the body relaxes so can the mind, free yourself today!

In living this journey of life I have learned much and continue to grow in my knowledge and understanding of self love and care. I can only hope to one day have Wellness Centers where everybody of all ages, races, and incomes, can come together to show self love to themselves and each other. This would be done through yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, detoxification, hydrotherapy, hydroberic chambers, naturopathic, chiropractic care; currently available to only those with deep pockets at this time. We are living in a toxic world and it shows as 1 out of 2 people are sick with cancer. Sugar, fast food, cigarettes, liquor, lottery and prescription drugs are sold on each corner, and are what we constantly turn to for nourishing our souls. The time of wellness and reconnection to the truth of the self is now, with the medical systems and governments being governed and paid by the corporations, now is the best time to learn to take good care of yourself, for what you don’t work on or through now you will face later.
